Integra® hired exhibition stands are our range of preconfigured rental displays. They are part of our comprehensive exhibition stand hire service which aims to minimise the stress of exhibiting whilst providing a trade show display that will generate leads for your business and increase your brand exposure. Each Integra® trade show display comes with a project manager, an exhibition stand designer and includes the stand installation and dismantling.

You’ll receive detailed 3D renders of your exhibition stand concept allowing you to bring your vision to life and see first-hand what your exhibition stand will look like before your event.
Every step of the installation and breakdown will be taken care of. Our stand contractors will build your display stand in the days leading up to your event & deconstruct once the show has ended.
Simply turn up to your exhibition and make an impact. Your dedicated project manager will take care of everything from your RAMS, to the event build schedule and everything in between.

We offer a wide range of Integra® rental exhibition stands varying in size from 2m x 2m to 9m x 3m. You can choose from a selection of backdrops, L-Shaped corner stands and booths, as well as large format islands that advertise your brand from all angles. These kits are designed to give you an idea of what is possible with our Integra® stand hire service.

You can customise our existing kits or use them as inspiration to create your own stand bespoke to your business. We offer a range of frame heights and flooring options, plus, you can choose from a variety of furniture hire solutions, including sofas, chairs, barstools and more.
